bath roomservice™ is a customisable software control package allowing remote control of the bathomatic bath filling system providing a luxury bath filling service to guests.
The software can be used as a stand alone system/program or be integrated into most existing hotel management software systems (subject to compatibility) and provides the service for all rooms containing a bathomatic.
Located at reception, the application shows the bath for each room at each location within the hotel. It further provides a simple to use pictorial control panel for filling, maintaining and emptying the bath in a selected room or suite. It will control bath water temperature, depth and the type fragrances / buble bath added, all remotely and automatically. Bath information can be stored for an individual guest, if required, and recalled at any time for use in the future.
The automatic bath filling service can be offered by reception to guests on arrival, or by arrangement for the bath to be run at any predetermined time during any 24-hour period. Thus, a guest can have a bath ready and waiting for him when he returns at the end of a busy day. By using a bathomatic, the water will remain hot even if the client is delayed. The bath cannot be overfilled and uses only the exact volume of water required and, rather importantly, avoids any risk of accidental scalding.
The client always has the ability of running a bath independently of the software using the easy touch screen in the bathroom. The main software application in reception will continue to monitor the current state of the bath and, indeed, will monitor all the other baths within the hotel at a glance at the main display panel.
