HITEC 2008

In early March 2008 we were approached by the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) organisation of the USA asking us to consider exhibiting our bathomatic™ bath management system at the prestigious HITEC 2008 Exhibition in Austin, Texas.

We were invited to exhibit in the GUESTROOM 2010 Pavilion, the showcase high tech model hotel room sponsored by IBM, free of charge. The HFTP organisation felt that the bathomatic™ system was a perfect example of the cutting edge technology available to hotels, casinos, clubs and resorts comprising the hospitality industry in the USA.

The Exhibition was held over a three day period at the end of June and attracted tens of thousands of hospitality professionals from all over the States. Apart from a very busy stand, our web site received almost one thousand hits on the first day alone. The exhibition was a great success for us and the perfect window for our planned expansion into North America in 2009.
